**Business day #1 starts the first full day after your item ships. Items are picked up after 3:30PM PST M-F. Orders placed over the weekend ship out Monday, the first business shipping day (transit day) after that shipment is Tuesday which is considered business day #1.
U.S. Delivery Options & Shipping Speeds
In addition to the shipping costs provided at checkout, and listed below, the recipient is responsible for all customs fees including duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees assessed at the border before delivery. The carrier will usually attempt to collect these charges at the time of delivery. Addresses outside the United States, its territories, and US military post offices are considered international addresses.

What’s Your Return Policy?
You can return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for either:
a) Store credit with free return shipping, or
b) A credit card refund less the cost of return shipping.
If the reason for a return is of our error (you received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, etc.), we’ll pay for the return shipping costs. Please contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery at 1-888-758-0044 with your order number, the name of the product(s), date of purchase, and any additional details. We will work as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. If payment was made by check, the refund check will not be issued before 10 business days after the date of purchase
At this time, we can not provide refunds for orders lost or stolen in transit.
Returning An International Order
Unfortunately we are unable to provide our international customers with a prepaid return label. As a result, international customers are responsible for return shipping.
In addition, should an international customer provide an invalid, partial, or otherwise incomplete address - the shipper (Stuff2Color) will provide a full refund for the products that are returned via the post office, but cannot refund the shipping amount paid for as those charges are non-refundable and not recoverable from the United States Postal Service.

Please include your original packing slip with your preference for store credit or a refund back to your card. If you no longer have your packing slip, please leave a note with your name, Stuff2Color order number, and refund preference. We suggest that you keep your return tracking information until your refund has been processed.

How To Return An Item From Your Account
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If an order is shipped to the exact address provided, but sent back to Stuff2Color automatically due to the package being ‘unclaimed’ or the address being ‘invalid’, you will be issued a refund less original shipping charges less a 20% restocking fee.
